iknit...Mittens...

i have probably knit hundreds of pairs of mittens, and i have finally decided i like mine the best.... i must give credit where credit is due. These mittens are a combination of probably 50 different patterns, pulling the qualities of the best from some, the easiest from others, and at the same time eliminating the head scratching directions from others....i hope you will enjoy knitting these mittens, i certainly do!

i quilt...

In addition to felting and knitting i also quilt. This past weekend i had the prividlege of embracing all three of my passions at the Tompkins County Quilters Guild semi annual Quilt Show. Wondering how i managed to knit and felt at a quilt show? well i will tell you.... i participated not only as a quilter but as a vendor. i had the opportunity to sell my wares...felted bowls, baskets, mittens and purses... felted grid scarves, hats, decorator knitting needles, knitting needle cozies, and felted soaps, and the most glorious felted buttons one can imagine.
